Your account

• Provide accurate information and keep your sign-in credentials secure.
• You are responsible for activity on your account.
• Tell us right away if you believe your account has been used without permission.

Acceptable use

Don’t use the Services to:

• Break the law or your school’s policies.
• Harass, impersonate, or harm others.
• Access accounts, clubs, or data you are not authorized to access.
• Interfere with the security or performance of the Services.

Your content

You keep ownership of the content you create, such as forms, announcements, and files. You give ClubCentric permission to host and display that content as needed to provide the Services.

Plans and billing

Some features require a paid plan. Trials, pricing, and billing terms are shown when you start a plan or are set out in an agreement with your school or district.

Changes and termination

We may update the Services and these terms. If changes are significant, we’ll let you know. You can stop using the Services at any time, and we may suspend accounts that violate these terms.

Disclaimers

The Services are provided “as is.” To the extent permitted by law, ClubCentric is not liable for indirect or consequential damages arising from your use of the Services.
