• Club activity, such as memberships, roles, meeting attendance, announcements, and form responses.
• Content you create, such as forms, files you upload, and Nexus pages.
• Student ID card identifiers you choose to link, which are salted and hashed on your device before they are stored.
• Technical information, such as device type, browser, and pages visited, used to keep the Services reliable.

How we use information

• To provide the Services, including showing club leaders and advisors the participation data for their clubs.
• To secure accounts, verify email addresses, and enforce school and club permissions.
• To generate AI features you request, such as form drafts and response summaries.
• To understand and improve how the Services are used.
• To communicate with you about your account and the Services.

How information is shared

Club leaders and advisors can see participation information for clubs you belong to, according to their role. We share information with service providers who help us run the Services, such as hosting, database, analytics, and AI providers, under agreements that require them to protect it. We may also share information when required by law or as part of a merger or acquisition.

Your choices

You can update your profile in the app, leave clubs, and unlink student ID cards at any time. To request access to or deletion of your information, contact us at support@clubcentric.org.

Students and schools

ClubCentric is designed for students in schools and universities. Schools and districts that use ClubCentric may control which accounts can join and may have additional agreements with us about student data.
