ClubCentric started the way a lot of good clubs do: a few students noticed something that should be better and decided to fix it themselves.
Our mission
Help every student find their people
Clubs are where students discover what they love, practice leading, and find the friends who make school feel like theirs. But the people running them, mostly students and volunteer advisors, have been stuck with paper sign-in sheets, scattered spreadsheets, and a dozen group chats.
We build ClubCentric so officers can spend their time on the club instead of the paperwork, advisors can support students without extra hours, and schools can offer every student the same great experience. We’re still club people at heart, and we build the tools we wished we had.
Our story
From a competition entry to a company
- 2023
A side project for TSA
A group of Washington high schoolers, tired of spreadsheets and group chats, built the first version of ClubCentric for a Technology Student Association competition and placed third in the state.
- Dec 2024
Open to every school
ClubCentric launched for all schools, with the iOS app on the App Store, announcements, attendance, and club discovery.
- 2025
Scribs and Nexus
Scribs began drafting forms for officers, and Nexus link pages moved into the main ClubCentric app.
- 2026
ClubCentric, Inc.
We became ClubCentric, Inc. and rebuilt the platform from the ground up for schools and districts, with permissions enforced at the database level.
