ClubCentric Announces Strategic Transition and Platform Redevelopment

SEATTLE, WA - As of May 27th, 2025, ClubCentric is no longer operating as a nonprofit. We've made the decision to move into a corporate entity as part of a broader alignment that's made to deliver a more robust, highly secure and institution-ready platform + infrastructure.
Effective immediately, ClubCentric will be suspending all platform operations for the remainder of the summer. This temporary inoperability will allow our team to focus on an entirely new experience and redevelopment of our platform, with a full-fledged relaunch in mid-August 2025. This transition was rooted in an acknowledgement: our previous release during the FBLA State Leadership Conference was not production ready, and lacks the quality or reliability standards necessary to insure the experience was good for both consumers and enterprises. Additionally, our infrastructure lacked the necessary certifications to comply with security standards, as well as federal law.
The forthcoming version of ClubCentric will introduce a number of significant upgrades that we anticipate will help not only institutions, but also individual clubs. The sectors we'll focus on include but are not limited to: AI, infrastructure, interface and feature set. Key initiatives under the new architecture include:
- Club Agent: a next-generation AI agent designed to autonomously manage forms, meetings, announcements, documentation, and follow-up actions—imagine it as your backup club officer.
- Club Workflows: fully configurable automation modules to support approvals, recurring tasks, event logistics, and administrative tracking.
- iOS and Android Compatibility: a redesigned mobile-first experience for seamless use across devices and environments.
- Secure Document Management: a built-in system for creating, storing, and managing internal club documentation without reliance on third-party platforms like Google Docs (reference able to Club Agent)
- District and School Dashboards: centralized administrative interfaces for compliance, oversight, and data monitoring at the institutional level.
- AI-Enhanced Features: advanced form generation, meeting summaries, document synthesis, and insight capture using contextual memory and learning.
- Systems Integrations: interoperability with LMS providers (e.g., Canvas, Clever), calendar systems, and communication platforms to reduce operational friction.
- Enterprise-Grade Access Controls: implementation of role-based permissions, audit logging, and organization-specific RBAC policies.
The decision to restructure and rebuild ClubCentric was not made lightly, and we remain committed to the core to support student organizations. But, doing so requires modern infrastructure and design standards that match the scale and security expectations of today's schools and universities.
Development updates and feature previews from our team will be shared periodically leading up to the relaunch. While we have no set a fixed release date, we expect full platform operability by mid-August 2025, ahead of the 2025-2026 academic year. We anticipate you may have questions regarding verifications with your district, or getting ClubCentric approved—we are happy to assist in any way possible.
