ClubCentric, a registered nonprofit organization in Washington state, ("we," "us," or "our") is committed to protecting your privacy. This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, disclose, and protect your personal information when you use our web application (the "app") and the choices you have associated with that information.

- Primary Identifiers: When you use our app, we collect your school name, first and last name, grade level, and student ID for the purpose of connecting you to a club. We will not share this information with third-party providers indefinitely. Additionally, we may collect your phone number during the account creation process, however, this information is not required. A phone number is only used to provide you personalized notifications and reminders about club meetings and events. You can opt out of these notifications at any time by reply "STOP" to any message.
- Usage Data: We may collect information about how you access and use the app, such as your IP address, browser type, operating system, and other usage details.
2. How We Use Your Information
We use the information we collect for the following purposes:
- To provide and maintain the app and its features.
- To connect you to clubs based on the primary identifiers you provide.
- To improve the app and develop new features.
- To communicate with you, respond to your inquiries, and provide customer support.
- To protect the app, our users, and our rights and interests.
3. Sharing and Disclosure of Information
We may share your information in the following circumstances:
- With your consent or at your direction.
- With service providers and partners who assist us in operating the app and conducting our business.

The app is not intended for use by children under the age of 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If we become aware that we have collected personal information from a child under 13, we will take steps to delete such information as soon as possible.

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. We will notify you of any changes by posting the new Privacy Policy on the app. You are advised to review this Privacy Policy periodically for any changes.

The app may contain links to other websites that are not operated by us. If you click on a third-party link, you will be directed to that third party's site. We strongly advise you to review the Privacy Policy of every site you visit.
9. Use of AI and Machine Learning
ClubCentric uses OpenAI's GPT-3.5 language model to generate certain content within the app. However, we do not use any user data obtained through Google Workspace APIs to train, develop or improve this AI model or any other artificial intelligence or machine learning models.
Google Workspace APIs and associated user data are not utilized in any way to create, train, develop or enhance any generalized or non-personalized AI or machine learning models. Google user data is not transferred to any third-party AI tools for the purpose of building generalized AI/ML models.
Any user information collected is used solely to provide the core functionalities of the ClubCentric app as described in this privacy policy, and is not retained or leveraged for AI/ML development purposes.
